Art Lab: Visual Storytelling thru Comics + Intro to Inking (morning)
Dive into the exciting world of comics and visual storytelling! Throughout this week-long camp, participants will explore the fundamental elements of comic creation, from character development to narrative structure, while learning how to convey emotions and stories through illustrations. In addition, campers will receive an introduction to inking, focusing on tools, techniques, and styles that bring their drawings to life. Through hands-on activities, they will practice inking their sketches, gaining confidence in their artistic abilities. By the end of the week, students will have created their own comic pages, showcasing their stories and inked artwork. Join us for an inspiring and creative week of comics!
